Dr. Zsolt Nagy

Dr. Zsolt Nagy is a senior consultant cardiac surgeon comes with a more than 30 years rich experience in all fields of adult cardiac surgery. He is a UK trained cardiac surgeon who has been working for more than 15 years at various cardiac centers in the UK. He has also been involved in numerous research projects and completed his Ph.D. thesis in 2000.

Dr. Zsolt has performed over 3000 open heart operations with excellent results. He is trained in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery including complex coronary bypass surgery. All kind of valve surgery, arrhythmia surgery, major aortic surgery and adult congenital surgery. His main interest is valve reconstructive surgery and currently he is responsible for the mitral valve repair program at the National Heart Centre.
