Infection Control

Infection Control

Continuous development and improvements in the infection control program’s quality with experienced personal attention round the clock.

With strong and continuous support from the top management of AHIH, the infection control program is a collaborative action within the hospital driven by the Infection Control Department and Infection Control Committee with assistance and collaborations of medical departments, support services and total quality management department.

The future challenge for infection control will be the delicate balancing of limited resources to prevent hospital-acquired infections while ensuring compliance with current regulations and legislation. This will require a coordinated effort among hospital legal, quality assurance, safety occupational health risk management, and infection control staff. Active participation in the regulatory and legislative process will also be essential to ensure the adoption of appropriate, practical, and cost-effective laws and regulations governing infection prevention and control programs in hospitals.
